Maybe a stupid question but you didn't prematurely cut off all the foliage, did you? That's been my undoing a few times. Lycoris aren't huge bulbs. I would think after 2 years, they would begin to do something. But for this year's blooms, you shouldn't be seeing anything until later in the summer...
