I'm battling pollen raiding insects every morning! The bees come first and hang out in the foliage waiting for the pollen. After them some other insect (looks like a flying ant) comes and finishes the job. If I'm not out early I might not be able to get any pollen at all! I used to be able to do crosses after work but not this year. I've had bees collecting pollen in the past. They are okay with sharing the pollen with me. The little buggers are just plain greedy!
