@Esperanza, I also received a box that looked just like that. I have no idea if you got yours from the same vendor but if it was the same happened to me. I did bring it to the Post Masters attention at the Post Office, no home delivery here one must go to PO. He had no answer for condition with the exception that all Priority Mail comes with $50.00 insurance. I filed a claim on line with Post Office but still waiting. Hope it makes it for you. That is the same last Plumeria I ordered. Good luck.
