That's probably because there are no more Calamintha entries in the database - they've all been moved to Clinopodium. In this case, Calamintha nepeta is now Clinopodium nepeta. So your proposal should look like:

Common Name: Dwarf Calamint (please do not put the cultivar/trade name here)
Botanical name: Clinopodium nepeta
Cultivar: Montrose White
