She was correcting one of the names (Comtesse de Labarthe) of Duchesse de Brabant and the system didn't allow her to complete her proposal because another of the names of Duchesse de Brabant is The Shell Rose, which is also an alternative name for Reine Victoria, so the system issued a duplicate warning and referred her to the Reine Victoria entry.
