Hi Jo Ann,

I have been favoring different petal shapes in my home zinnia breeding hobby. These are a examples of some of my favorite new petal shapes in zinnias.

I also like various tubular petal shapes. Actually, those have tubular petals, but just at the base of the petals. Some of my tubular zinnias have petals that are tubes for their entire length, or nearly all of their length. And some are kind of intermediate, like these.

I just like all kinds of new variations in zinnia flower forms that are different from the usual commercial flat-petals-stacked-on-flat-petals forms. So I am having a lot of fun breeding my own zinnias.

I tip my hat to you.
