Aloha from Hawaii all. I came across this forum while trying to research the ailment of my plumeria tree. Its a Pink Putica which was planted 1.5 years ago and has been going strong until a couple weeks ago. I noticed that some of the bottom leaves were turning yellow and upon further inspection have found more on the interior of the tree as well as some brown ones. There hasn't really been any changes in watering (although I fear my neighbor's sprinklers are coming on more often which tend to drain into my yard). Some of the leaves also have what appear to be sun burned patches on the interior of the leaf (not at the tip). Any help or suggestions would be great. I really want to save this tree.
