@LorettaNJ. It might be offered by Floret (near Skagit, in WA. State. THere is a blog & many add her photos to Pinterest. I think her name is Erin Benzakein, if any of that info helps...Otherwise, I think the seeds may not be available, until Jan. 2, 2019...
As for 'Angels Choir' that seed is very tiny. Smaller than most other similar varieties.It needs cool weather to germinate
.I have ordinary pink Cosmos in a 72 cell seed tray flowering at about 8 or so niches, alongside biennials, perennials & pansies, that are underfed. Were supposed to be C. atrosanguineus, but was just a cheap scam....
I have had Cosmos sulphureus grow well over 6 feet tall ( in August without a single bloom)! Maybe somebody thought they wanted lots of flowers & quicker & used way too much fertilizer on their Cupcakes....
