Well it looks like it is going to bloom any day, so I would leave it where it is until then. Once it blooms, glowing will slow down and it should go dormant at some point in time. What are the winter temps in your zone? Does it drop below freezing? If it does, then the bulb will die. You could watch the weather reports and if you see the ground temps are starting to drop below freezing, then I would dig it up and bring it indoors. But if possible, leave it in the ground until after blooming, or it might not bloom.
