Next, beautiful Plumie!! And last ....I am total novice. But your first cut is think would be fine but I think the smaller branches look to short with the exception of the very bottom branch that the last pic it looks like its about 10 or so inches. Although the pic could be deceiving. Your new growth (branch) with come from and old leaf scar. Good luck and post updated pics!
