Unfortunately Bill is right. There are so many Phals around these days that it's nigh-impossible to identify them unless it's unusual or a well-known/awarded clone.
As Ursula suggested, the tag might provide some more useful information, as occasionally it will have a product number on it that correlates back to the original nursery's catalogue. You might be able to find the name that way, but it's a long shot.
