That is NOT a harlequin by AOS description. Harlequin refers to random blotchy patches of tissue on the sepals and petals.
Those are markings similar to veins or veination. There is no extra tissue involved.
Orchid lecturer, teacher and judge. Retired Wildlife Biologist. Supervisor of a nature preserve up until I retired.
