The best I can come up in terms of an identification for your plant is Phalaenopsis Taiwan Red Cat. There are several awards to this hybrid and they vary a great deal in terms of markings or stripes and intensity of color.
Orchid lecturer, teacher and judge. Retired Wildlife Biologist. Supervisor of a nature preserve up until I retired.
