It is definitely a summer lawn versus a winter lawn. Sleeps late, goes to bed early. At one time, lawn seed blends had both summer and winter grasses in them, causing half the lawn to always look dead. From the site reviews, seems the grass would do better in the warmer climates.

I am ever hopeful for that perfect blade of grass in Oregon that can be both summer and winter, but alas, I don't think it will be this one.
