Love your chickadee pic. We've mourning doves year round here. I'm surprised you don't have them in the winter also.

We feed the birds year round, on the ground (mixed seeds) and in feeders (suet, peanut, mixed seeds, sunflower). We also have 6 hummingbird feeders (and hummingbird flowers) between spring to fall.

Love to see the white throated sparrows when they arrive with the juncos.

Love that the carolina wren sticks around for the winter.

I'm so happy to see so many birds that can handle the winter weather and stick around. We've 4 evergreen trees here that they can get shelter in.
