I just realized my plant has 2 pairs of pods growing. This is the first I've seen them and they look fully formed and brownish purple. It's currently the beginning of spring. Is there any good way of knowing when the pods are close to maturity so that I can try to protect the pods? The last pod I had open without me knowing so I wasn't able to save all the seeds. Thanks
