Well I posted something on the plumeria forum and
as for tropicals I can grow some but I will have to find
a place to put them when the weather turns cold.
here in Houston we do get some cold weather in the
months from December to February on occasion though
I have known years here in Houston, TX when the temperature
never dropped below freezing 32 F / 0 C
