I use fungicides, Cheryl, rotating 3 different ones. It helps but doesn't eliminate rust. Some varieties simply seem to be magnets for this fungi. I constantly pluck off the leaves and trash them when I see even a single colony of rust on a leaf. I've got approximately 300 plants.
