I was one of the first 300 contributors to the plant database! Plant Identifier
I have an area that I plan to put some larger daylilies in rows. There will be 24 inches between the rows and the plants will be spaced 18 inches apart. I have 3 rows of 17 plants for a total of 51. Some of the plants are Wispy Rays, Heavenly United We Stand, Galaxy Explosion, Dark Star ect, -rather tall, large plants. Will the 18 inch spacing be too crowded? I do plan on dividing them before the clumps get too out of hand. I have found that if I let them go too long, I am physically unable to manhandle them Sad A mistake I don't want to make again, too much work for me!
