depth of plant looks fine ...

I would pull the plant from the pot ...feel the root-ball soil ...if wet, the drainage of the pot is not sufficient.....
if dry - and - the leaves are droopy ...then the plant isn't getting enough water

while the plant is out of the pot ...knock off some soil.... and replace with more rocks, pebbles, pumice, perlite & large grain sand
