On average I would start now! There is still time for them to take root and wake back up in spring. Why will it take a month or so to get some cuttings. A month is to late in my opinion to try to start them. If you can't start them soon then I would wait till spring. It can get cold in winter there, maybe with light and heat you can do, I've never tried that but my advice would be to start now and by spring they will be ready to flourish.are they special cuttings 😎
