I sure hope you did not pay very much for each of these. They look like they were from a prior year. I see what could be eyes, but the storage roots do not look like they will be able to support much growth.
Would you mind letting us know where you bought them so we can all avoid this seller?
If they will give you your money back, ask for it. If not, go ahead and plant them.
