Keep them both out of direct and even strong indirect sunlight. Neither tolerate it, the Philodendron especially so.
I honestly don't know how many shade-loving tropicals my mother has killed over the years by putting them right in front of the window because "it needs plenty of sunlight to grow". What do they say about talking to a wall? Shrug!

Also remember the Burbidgea is not merely frost tender, but very much so, so keep it away from drafts, possibly in a sheltered place.
