Sorry no one has an answer for your question. I see you have it in a container. I had a few in large containers years ago. They malingered for a while before passing on before I could decide where to plant them.

I would suspect your issue is related to the soil. They need an acidic soil. They should not have dropped their leaves right after blooming.
