That plant in Photo #1 doesn't look anything like the Philodendron 'Rojo Congo' I grew years ago:

And I never would have recognized the plants in that second photo as Blushing Philodendron (Philodendron Prismacolor™ Pop Art) I think that photo is likely mislabeled:
