That looks so inviting in wintertime. Maybe by the time you start your peppers, you can move these outdoors to your covered raised beds. Many of the winter greens can shake off the frost and cold temps.
I'm warmer here but I plant in raised beds and don't even cover when down to the low to mid 20s.
