This is my first year winter gardening in Dallas, TX, zone 9a
Vegetables: lettuce, Swiss chard, green onion, bok choy
Freeze data last 6 years ( Lowest/# freeze days): 22F/21, 21F/28, 13F/25, 14F/11, 27F/17, 16F/40
Size: 4 ft by 20 ft

Would I need freeze protection? If needed, is row cover fabric good enough? A little freeze damage is ok but I want to avoid a total loss.
