This is just a regular mason jar with a stainless steel screen lid. I do swear by it though. I have made 300 batches with success and only one batch went badly. This is with rinsing the sprouts only once daily and putting them upside down to drain the rest of the day.
I used to just use a mason jar with a scrap cut from new nylons as the lid, but had many batches go bad.
