Marilyn, my back yard kind of looks like what you would see if you strolled around here in our forests. Big pine trees and all the weeds and vines that accompany the undergrowth. I am fighting poison ivy, blackberries, poison oak, and where the sun comes through, saw brier and poke sallet. I don't have anything planted back there, and since I'm on city water, I have been using weed killers and hacking vines out ever since I moved here.
I don't use anything in the front because part of my garden is a pollinator garden. I'm very careful when I do use brush killers in the back.
Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.
