well we ended up creating a new one at a better place, and will fill this in later when we get the siding done. I imagine the access was created before anyone ever added a patio door, the house was built in 43 and has been added onto several times. The whole thing has been a mess to fix. But one day it will all be nice. We just put the new roof on in Dec. I have not had a kitchen since Memorial Day.
