I have heard that a lot of times Monstera self pollinate. Some anthurium can self pollinate too....vittariifolium and scandens, gracile...all almost always self pollinate. Clarinervium is known to. It happens when there is pollen and nectar present on the spadix at the same time. When I find one like that I just rub the pollen onto the nectar. I may have pollinated my Anthurium podophyllum like that...it looks like it took, I am waiting to see
