Locations on a property can have different mini-climates. I have observed this year almost a three-week difference in the blooming period of Tete a Tete narcissus. Against a south-facing wall, it was earliest. Ten feet away, it started a week later. A few blocks away, it started over two weeks later. All are definitely Tete a Tete; all, established plantings.
