We planted 2 tiny shrubs about 4" tall about 3-4 years ago. They're still so small, but finally growing at a noticeable pace this spring. Does this sound normal? What time of year is normal for blooms in my area? Even if a fruit never grows, I love the foliage, nice shrubs.

The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The 2nd best time is now. (-Unknown)
