Yes ....sooner or later, you will need to transfer your adenium to a new pot - with a much faster draining potting media ...
but doing so now, you may loose your current flower buds

I am guessing the largest flower bud will be in full bloom by this weekend
I would wait until flowering is done ...then do a repot ...

Until repotting....water sparingly ....the clay will hold water much longer
