one quick thing, don't repot when you take it in. winter is night time, it's gonna slow down in shorter days, weaker sun, if you want to repot wait for tropical type weather in late spring early summer when the plants growth ramps up. if you're going to bring it in for the winter, cut it back hard.. to like 8-20" depending on its age. , if you leave it huge, it will just dry out and you'll watch the branches die back anyway and youll just have a mess to clean up in the house
