Definitely Puya mirabilis. Even though I'm in Florida in a slightly warmer, wetter climate than @KellyFW, mine all bloomed this month. I would have expected mine to bloom first since this is a Bolivian plant. Maybe rain pattern played a part.
Be kind, we all struggle sometimes.
