Another thought: often people are concerned about IDs because they want to know how to best care for plants. In this case the care would be the same for all of the plants we have discussed: good drainage and a rocky mix (eg. 50% pumice or perlite), lots of light (the maximum possible amount if these are indoor plants), water when the soil is dry at depth but not much before. Strong light is especially important for hairy plants, both for their health and their great looks.
Another reason people look for IDs is because they want to know about size. Both plants in the original post are going to need bigger pots soon. They both have the potential to become tree-sized in old age, given the right conditions. For now, indoors, a pot that's about twice as wide, say 4 inches, would be good. I realize the cute blue pots are exactly the right size for the original containers, just trying to inject a note of reality into the situation before you start getting too comfortable with them as permanent homes for your plants.
Those cacti will definitely need a new pot within the next year if you don't give them one now.
If and when you decide to repot, wait until the soil is dry, disturb the roots as little as possible, and wait a week afterward to water for the first time.
