I drove by it two weeks ago and it was in full bloom -- by that I mean many bushes were blooming at the same time.
I have not visited it yet this year, I will have to wander over and have look see by myself as Sharon seems to have lost all interest in viewing it.
When I do go with her , she just sits in the car.
