It seems that Elaeagnus philippinensis is a synonym for Elaeagnus triflora - at least according to the Plants Database here:

Elaeagnus triflora

There are no images listed there yet, so you may be the first! A google search indicates that a common name for that plant is Lingaro, and that the fruits are edible.
