That looks like a cultivar of K. luciae called 'Fantastic'.

Flapjacks (Kalanchoe luciae 'Fantastic')

My plant is neither luciae nor thyrsiflora ... the leaves are not flat (or gently curved) but slightly cupped, with a notable gutter down the middle (which I've never seen on those Kalanchoes). I'm not convinced the leaves are even in pairs, they look more alternate to me (spiral rosette). I'd say the plant is almost certainly in that family. But that leaves a lot of candidates.
