You can just cut the one with roots and grow it , all of the cuttings that you have can be propagated and rooted as a new plant. Last time I chopped them into 10 cm each, let it callused and grow them in cactus mix, just make sure to make a mark as where is the top and bottom.
TI have one of those, the new branches will grow with or without cuttings, when its time to grow new branches then it will produce new branches, cutting will also trigger it to grow a new one.
As it can grow very tall, some people will like to grow them as a hanging plant. Can produce a beautiful flower.
If they look healthy, do nothing
