These tree's are often used in California as landscaping, generally I saw them around county buildings or commercial. They look like evergreen from a distance but stay green pretty much all season long. Now I live in Florida, they seem to grow just fine except for a few branches turning brown after a frost. I have been trying to order another for yard shading of a picnic area but have no idea what species it is to tell the nursery.
