I've yet to see any Bishop's Weed popping up on the other side of the sidewalk... but I will keep an eye out for just that. Thanks.
Actually, I already have a more seriously invasive plant growing there... up against the blank wall of the adjacent structure. It is Chinese Rice Paper Plant [Tetrapanax papyrifer] and it does occasionally put up shoots in the lawn...

It is fairly easy to control though... and what I miss the mowing guy gets...
