We have a late frost predicted. A couple nights are suppose to get down to as low as 30 degrees for a few hours. Most of my lilies, with the exception of my trumpets are up and growing. Some are quite tall. We are getting rain off and on through the night, so if I cover the lilies with sheets there's a good chance they'll be wet by the time the tempts drop. Will wet sheets still protect my plants? I do have some plastic that I could put over some of the sheets but sense I grow nearly 300 lilies, I don't think I have enough plastic to cover them all.
No two gardens are the same. No two days are the same in one garden. ~Hugh Johnson
