For those that are growing these; do you have them in a pot or in ground?
I have bulbs but they are looking sad - the bulbs are shrinking in size - the leaves are limpy and mushy. I repotted them with dry potting soil but was wondering if they do better in ground.

Since I received the bulbs which were not looking healthy are all in 2018; they have never bloomed. Are they a lost cause?
