I haven't posted some of the stuff I finished largely because they haven't been out in final locations. I'll post a few of the tentative arrangement later. I'm struggling with one though. I've already scaled off the rust, and applied rust converter/primer. I painted the center discs and am stuck with the larger background disc. I tried using cookie wheels online and just am not sure. Below is a picture .. It's the larger black (primer) disc for which I'm struggling with color choice. Thoughts?
