Hmm... I just clicked it again and there are some icons at the bottom. One of them is a box that says CC. Apparently it toggles closed captioning on/off and mine was toggled on. This is my first time noticing it, but it could have been there for a long time. I hardly ever watch vids unless I'm playing my "liked vids" list of songs.
I think you'll get even more laughs if you toggle that on while watching that vid. The talk to text (I guess?) is really struggling on it.
