Hi! It looks like a Peperomia Liadenis (Velvel Tree). It looks a little thirsty and shows signs of etiolation (stretching). Peperomias like bright indirect light and lots of water but wait for the soil to dry between waterings. Check the soil/roots and transplant if you have to since you meantioned you've had it for a few years but we don't have much details. Hope this helps and it bounces back!
