This is what I would use. I propagate all my philo, monstera, epipremnum and Anthurium cuttings like this. Some of my Anthuriums actually GROW their whole lives in moss. (The epiphytic ones). You can see the roots this way, its not a guessing game, and you do not have to commit the cardinal sin of pulling your cutting out every few days to LOOK at it which just sets it back more
