I am surprised this shrub isn't mentioned more often. I just love them! There are a few @ a nearby park that are 15 feet tall, gorgeous & covered with blooms. Please show'n'tell about yours!

I saw some @ L's and brought one home but it hasn't grown an INCH in the past year. I'm not sure it didn't shrink. If you're going after a big one, make sure it's not 'Little John.' The plant labels have misled me so often about plant size over the years, I quit looking at that stuff about a decade ago. But congrats to whoever made this cultivar because it really does seem impossible that it will ever even reach the possible size of 5 feet indicated here:
